At FutureBallers Agency, our mission is to empower football players — both in the U.S. and around the world — to pursue their dream of playing college soccer while earning a scholarship.
We guide student-athletes through every step of the journey: from building strong highlight videos and preparing for academic requirements to navigating the recruitment process and connecting with college coaches.
Our goal is to make the path to U.S. college soccer accessible, personalized, and successful — helping players unlock opportunities that shape both their athletic careers and academic futures.
Our team
Hailey pereira
Hailey is an American-Portuguese soccer player with NCAA Division I experience at Bryant University, Coastal Carolina University, and Queens University of Charlotte. She has also represented Portugal on the U-23 National Team.
Through Future Ballers Agency, Hailey brings a strong international playing background and a standout academic record. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sport Science, graduating summa cum laude, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration. Her goal is to help athletes unlock opportunities and reach their full potential.
Lou Martinet
Lou is a French-Venezuelan soccer player with NCAA Division I experience at Coastal Carolina University and Florida Gulf Coast University. She also had the chance to represent Venezuela on the senior national team.
She holds a Bachelor degree in Sport Management & Recreation with a minor in Marketing, and is currently pursuing a Master in Business Administration.
Passionate about helping others succeed, Lou is committed to guiding student-athletes toward scholarship opportunities and long-term success — both on the field and in the classroom.
Our Story
FutureBallers Agency was founded in 2025 by Lou and Hailey — two teammates who met while playing college soccer at Coastal Carolina University. As student-athletes, we experienced the ups and downs of the college recruitment process and understood how confusing and overwhelming it can be without the right guidance.
Over time, the idea became clear: we wanted to create something that could truly support soccer players who dream of playing at the college level in the U.S. That’s how FutureBallers was born — out of passion, experience, and the desire to help others follow a similar path.
Today, we offer personalized services to help athletes showcase their talent, connect with coaches, and access scholarship opportunities. Our mission is simple: to open doors, build futures, and support the next generation of players in reaching their goals.
